Who can use fieldstatus?

    "As-Needed" SMS Messages are used to respond to requests to your SMS Keyword. With these messages we can guarantee their timely delivery, ensuring players and parents have the most immediate information.

  • Can I use my existing hotline?

    Yes. fieldstatus will work with you to port your existing number to our provider.

  • What is a fieldstatus Hotline?

    A fieldstatus Hotline is a telephone number that is dedicated to your organization. Your members can use it to get the latest fieldstatus as it stays in sync with your website.

  • Do I have to sign a long term contract?

    No. fieldstaus is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

  • What is a mobile administrator?

    A mobile administrator can update the status of any field while on the go, even while standing at the field.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online.
